Happy St. Patrick's Day from Wisteria Place

St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner. This traditional holiday is celebrated on March 17th in honour of St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland. While it’s definitely an Irish celebration, it’s a huge occasion in countries all over the world. There are lots of ways for us to get involved in the festivities and have fun during COVID-19.

In February, we enjoyed celebrating Ain’t Love Sweet and Chinese New Year in our online Coffee Chat. We have been keeping busy preparing the last details before allocating suites and helping people to review and decide what their preferences will be.

Join us this month to Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and Real Estate Talk with Lynda and Macey: Double Header. Lynn Walters is coming back to help us stay active in our Monthly Fitness in March! See details in this newsletter or on our website.

Community News: 
Assigning and Securing Suites will continue this Month! Gurpreet will begin contacting people on the Interest List to choose their favourite suites to move in for this Summer 2021! A refundable security deposit will be required to secure your suite.

On Thursday, March 4th at 10:00 AM PST/11:00 AM MST, join us for our online webinar with Optima Living principal Ali Shivji and Dr. Adrian Wagg, our knowledge partner at the University of Alberta. We will be discussing the seven most effective ways for seniors to boost brain health and ensure healthy cognition at every stage of life.

Topic One: St. Patrick's Day

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Come wearing something Green or bring your favourite St. Patrick’s Day items to share with us in our Coffee Chat. Together, we will celebrate this Irish holiday and tell happy stories of St. Patrick's Days gone by. 

Topic Two: Real Estate

Real estate professionals Lynda and Macey Terborg will share their expertise with us about the home market, as well as tips on how to prepare for a move into a community like Wisteria Place.

On March 18th at 10:45 AM PST/11:45 AM MST, we will be hosting Fitness with Lynn Walters on Zoom. 

Lynn will lead a Chair Yoga class for all skill levels. Lynn brings joy and wisdom to her classes.
