Wisteria Place Newsletter November 2021

Posted on December 6th, 2021

On November 11th, we remember all veterans who fought for our country, some of whom have lived at Optima Living communities over the years.

We are honoured to care for them after they cared for all Canadians.

Happy autumn to all our first residents!
A group of seniors celebrating remembrance day in their elderly care home

It has been just over one month since we had our first residents move into their new home here at Wisteria Place. We are so thankful for their patience and warmth as we continue to get things up and running.

We have had so many “firsts” in the last month, including first move-in, first artwork to be hung, first entertainer, first Bingo game, first craft, first Zumba class, first salon visit, and the list goes on and on.

We look forward to more new residents joining our family!

Live Music at Wisteria Place

Wisteria Place residents were joined by artist Ranj Singh on September 30th for music and dancing!

They also enjoyed some tranquil music in the courtyard from harpist, Eliza Thorn, on September 16th. Watch it here.
